As a visual storyteller, I aim to capture more than just images — I strive to evoke atmosphere, culture, and connection. In a recent collaboration with a vibrant Vietnamese restaurant in Regensburg, I had the pleasure of documenting the launch of their latest culinary highlight: the traditional Hot Pot.

This wasn’t just a food shoot. It was about capturing the spirit of shared meals — the bubbling broths, the fresh and colorful ingredients, the hands reaching across the table — all woven together in a warm, communal experience.

From steam rising over simmering pots to the artistry of the table arrangements, I focused on the textures, colors, and emotions that make this dish so beloved. My goal was to transport the viewer directly into the moment — to feel the heat, sense the aroma, and connect with the craftsmanship behind each detail.

This project not only celebrated the launch of a new menu item, but also reflected the restaurant’s deep dedication to authenticity and hospitality. I’m proud to have helped share a taste of Vietnam with the people of Regensburg — through the universal language of photography.
